"Awesome Customer Support"
I made an order online. There was an issue with the delivery service, and they couldn't get it to me. The folks on the phone were super nice and offered to send a replacement immediately along with some complimentary balls. In the end, they didn’t have the item I was looking for, so they processed a refund without delay. I’d totally suggest this place.

"Ordered Footjoy Golf Shoes, But..."
I placed an order for a size 10 pair of Footjoy golf shoes SL Pro that I found on the site and paid for. When delivery day rolled around, I got a message saying there was a mistake on the website and the shoes weren't in stock. They suggested another option, but I turned it down and plan to visit the store to see if they have something similar. I’ve got three pairs of golf shoes, all from Auchterlonies, so this was a real letdown.

I visited Auchterlonies last June and picked up a few shirts. I got an XS for my daughter-in-law since the site indicated it was available. A couple of days later, they let me know that their website was lagging a bit, and they promptly refunded my payment. I'm cool with waiting until they restock, and I'll definitely return. Make sure to say hi to Sheena at the Dunvegan!
